The Health Care Assistant is available for
- NHS health checks
- the check is for people who are aged 40 to 74 who do not have some pre-existing conditions

- phlebotomy (blood test), if a doctor has requested one
- adult weight measurement
- advice regarding your diet and exercise
- pre-diabetes and diabetes check
- complex mental health physical health check
- immunisations against flu, shingles and pneumonia
The Practice Nurse is available for
- any clinic also run by the healthcare assistant
- contraceptive advice
- adult and infant immunisations, including whooping cough booster for pregnant women
- wound care, dressings and removal of stitches
- cervical smears
- asthma and COPD check
- learning disability check
- injections of some medications
The Physiotherapist is available for all muscle and joint problems, for adults over 18 years old
Our GPs have routine and urgent clinics but also see patients on a regular basis for
- chronic condition reviews (diabetes, asthma, COPD, complex mental health)
- 6-8 weeks baby clinic
- post-natal check
- care plans for vulnerable patients
The Pharmacist is available for
- medication reviews
- medication request
Our Smoking Cessation Adviser is here to support you. If you are a resident of Westminster, they will signpost you to your local service.
Social prescribing supports people to have more control over their own health & wellbeing and to find ways to improve how they feel in a way that suits them. Patients will need a referral from a GP.
We have care navigators who support our frail and elderly patients, by reviewing them proactively and linking them with services they may need.
