There are many ways to book an appointment with us.
Book an appointment for today
Book an appointment by phone
We have a same-day access telephone clinic operating from 8.00 to 10.30am Monday to Friday for registered patients. Our receptionists will ask you some questions to confirm the right person you need to speak with and they will contact you back on the same day.
If you have an urgent problem or concern that needs to be addressed on the day, please call before 10.30am.
The doctor will assess your request and may need to call you back if they need more information. The doctor will attempt to call you twice, so please be available when they call. If the doctor needs to see you, they will offer you a specific time to come in that same day, please make sure you are available to come to the practice on the day that you call.

Home visits
If possible, please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
What are Additional Access hubs?
Patients contacting us with acute medical needs can now be referred to six Additional Access hubs. It means that the patient will have a face-to-face appointment on the same or next day (depending on booking time).
These hubs take place in different GP Practices across your local area, including within our practice: Paddington Green Health Centre, Lisson Grove Health Centre, St Johns Wood Medical Practice, Marylebone Health Centre, Third Floor Lanark Medical Centre and the South Westminster Centre. Patients will be seen by a GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
Appointments will be triaged by our team based on need via the usual methods for booking an appointment. You do not have to accept an appointment at one of the Additional Access hubs.
